Thoughts and Ideas from a Classroom Teacher

Techy Ice-Breakers

on April 10, 2013

Today, this set of “techy” ice breakers was shared on Twitter by my PLN member, Phillip Cummings. Ice Breakers are a great way to start a professional learning session or a class, and they shouldn’t just be reserved for the first hour of anything! I loved this selection of ideas and definitely plan to use some of them in the near future. Check them out at Educators Technology! Click on the image for the full article.

Hello my name is Marie Allgood. I am an EDM 310 student at the University of South Alabama. I love ice breakers. I plan to use these in my classroom. I believe that ice breakers can help ease new students into a classroom. They help students interact with each other without feeling overwhelmed. Ihave really enjoyed reading your blog and look forward to following you.
